2603520 - Non-SSO Deep Link Still Loads Identity Provider

Symptom

You have SSO configured in your system and you set up a deep link with non-SSO to open, for example, a Service Ticket or any other business object directly, but when you click on it will still redirect you to your Identity Provider (IDP) for logon and won't let you access the standard SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer logon page.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Cause

For the main link of the system (e.g. myXXXXXX-sso.crm.ondemand.com) it would suffice to remove the -sso from the link, but when you're dealing with deep links that take you directly to an object, you must further change the URL to avoid it having a private node that will still redirect you to the Identity Provider URL.

Resolution

You must remove from the URL the -sso and also change the private node /sap/byd/nav?bo= for the public node /sap/public/byd/runtime?bo=.
