Is it possible to amend the existing list of ticket priorities in service center (Ask HR).

As of now it is not possible to change/rename the existing priority list.
It is a C4C limitation. C4C supports only four priorities: Low, Normal, Urgent and Immediate. Language translations are also available for these priorities only.
