In the output CSV file from Integration center you are seeing duplicate Users.

Reproducing the Issue
Execute the report manually or wait for scheduled run.
- Review the Output File for duplicates
This issue is usually caused by missing indexing on DB level.
To fix this you will need to add a sort parameter in the Advanced Sorting section of Integration Center
For best result it is advised to sort on a field which is a business key field.
You can find the business Keys listed in the OData Data Dictionary under the starting entity set for the Integration Center Integration
