When creating a Calibration Session based on a new or updated Calibration template, either of the following occurs:
- Subjects are not pulled in automatically based on the Owner when "
- Error "Users are Outside Your Assigned Administrative Group" is thrown when trying to validate the session.
Reproducing the Issue
In Manage Calibration Templates, create a new Calibration template.
In Manage Calibration Sessions, create a Calibration Session shortly after Step 1.
The subjects either do not pull in automatically, or the error "Users are Outside Your Assigned Administrative Group" is thrown when validating the session.
After creating the new Calibration template, the role based permissions have not refreshed yet.
Admins should allow time after creating a new Calibration template and creating a new Calibration Session based on that template.
The RBP set has to refresh after creating the new template - typically this only occurs every 24 hours.
After creating a new Calibration template, you can verify whether the RBP has refreshed yet by going to Manage Permission Roles > Select Role > Permissions > Manage Calibration > verify if your new Calibration template is visible yet.
Note for Partners/Support:
If you have access to Provisioning, you may trigger a manual refresh by going to Company Settings and using "Refresh RBP Permission Configuration":
- The best advice is to wait for the automatic refresh, as opening an incident may take longer to process than waiting for the automatic refresh.
- Manually refreshing role based permissions can have performance impacts, therefore, it is not recommended that you refresh multiple times a day.
