User navigates to the Upgrade Centre > View Recently Completed Upgrades > Clicks the more details arrow > Application error (errorId=0bc77900-ffbc-4ca3-a6a7-54b269e61028, fingerprint=c2b924aca77045297d62631f7d5366caa4bac65b) appears.
The root cause is that the user trying to see the details of an upgrade does not have a First name and Last name configured in the instance. Please check that the user in question has a valid first/last name. If not please fill in the First and Last Name via Employee Import or Manage Users feature.
