2601657 - License is calculated incorrectly for some users in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Some users with BI Content Viewer and Boardroom Viewer roles consume a Planning Professional license in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Some users with BI Content Creator, BI Content Viewer, Boardroom Creators and Boardroom Viewer roles consume a Planning Professional license in SAC.
• Other users consume licenses correctly.
• A newly created user with BI Content Creator, BI Content Viewer, Boardroom Creator and Boardroom Viewer roles consumes a Business Intelligence Standard license.

• SAP Analytics Cloud

1. Go to Security -> Users.
2. Check the column Licenses.
3. Some licenses are incorrect for some users.

SAP Analytics Cloud tenant is using concurrent Licensing

1. Browse to SAP Analytics Cloud.
2. From the "Main Menu" select "Security > Users".
3. For each user,

2. Select "Concurrent Session License" and click "OK".
   
   
   
   
4. Confirm license usage by selecting "System > Monitor" from the "Main Menu"
