2600215 - Migration of Competencies will fail when using Instance Sync Tool


You are not able to synchronize competencies with the Instance Sync Tool. The competencies sync will fail showing the following error message:

"A System Error has occurred please contact your admin for more details. The following error occurred:An Internal Server Error Occurred, Please try again later"

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Synchronize Company Configurations
  2. Launch Instance Sync Tool
  3. Select target instance
  4. Select the Competencies
  5. Click Start


Our Engineering Team is currently working on its solution and this is expected to be included on our SFSF b1802 release for:

Preview release: March 10th/2018

Production release: April 7th/2018
