You want to use the Over the Counter Sales Scenario and want to print the Invoices on different printer, but it is not possible.
Reproducing the Issue
Create an Invoice via the Over the counter sales Scenario using mandatory Printer queue BYDCRM_CUSTOMERINVOICE_DEFAULT in combination with the Cloud Print Manager. You have defined output rules and want to set up output on different printer based on the Invoicing Unit ie. using the Output Channel Selection.
Go to the Over-the-Counter Sales Work Center.
- Select the New Over-the-Counter Sale View.
- Fillout the needed Information
- Click on the Invoice button to generate the output.
Result: The Invoice is generated and can be found in the BYDCRM_CUSTOMERINVOICE_DEFAULT printer queue
Since the Over the Counter Sales Scenario needs the special queue BYDCRM_CUSTOMERINVOICE_DEFAULT and per queue only one printer can be chosen it is not possible to output Invoices via the Sales over the counter Scenario on multiple printer.
As of now the Over the Counter Sales Scenario output in the standard Scenario can be done only on one printer regardless which output rules have been set up.
