When an agency user is adding a new candidate, is it possible to add more fields in the agency portal?

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to your Agency Portal
  2. Add a new candidate


The only supported fields for this area are:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Country

Adding additional fields is not supported at this time. It is also not possible to remove any of these fields and they cannot be made non-mandatory. Please submit an Enhancement Request if you wish to see this functionality added in a future release.
