Unable to save after selecting "I don't have anything to add. Please mark as complete" in the Employee Profile

Reproducing the Issue
- Login the application.
- Go to PP3 page and click "finish now" on the header to open completion wizard.
- Find an undone background block, enable check box "I don’t have anything to add. Mark this as complete." and try to save it. Save button is still inactive.
Checking the box "I don’t have anything to add. Mark this as complete" is a real-time operation.
The section will be marked completed shortly after the user check the box, and the user do not need to press the save button to save it.
This is expected behaviour. If you wish to have this feature, it is necessary to submit your enhancement request in the Customer Community. Please the the following KBA 2090228 for further details.
