You are a direct manager of employees and expect to see your direct reports, but no information is shown in the Fiori Team Calendar My Direct Reports variant.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login Fiori UI.
  2. Go to Team Calendar work center.
  3. Select My Direct Reports variant.
  4. No information is shown.


This is because the current My Direct Reports variant is based on the Reporting Line Manager. The organization which you are the manager is not selected as a Reporting Line unit, so there are no results for you.


This is the system expected behaviour.

The organizational structure must be updated, so the respective organization is selected as a Reporting Line unit. Then, the direct reports will return the manager's direct employees.

As a workaround, you can create a personalized default set based on the 'All' or 'My Team' variants to get the restriction to this set of employees, following below steps:

  1. Login Fiori UI.
  2. Go to Team Calendar work center.
  3. Click in the Filter, and here you can select the employees reporting to you.
