The My Curricula tile have the option to filter by priority, how to enable or disable it?

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the User's Landing Page;
Search for the "My Curricula" tile, if it is being displayed;
Next to the title of the tile, there is a small arrow to select priority.
This setting is controlled together with the Learning Plan configuration.
As Admin, go to System Admin->Configuration->System Configuration;
Edit the USER LEARNING PLAN;
Search for the option todoFields[priority].visible under "Config the learning plan data display", more specifically the "Introduced since b1305, used in the Learning Plan Tile to config the to-do item field displays.";
- Set it to the appropriate option:
- todoFields[priority].visible=true to enable the filtering;
- todoFields[priority].visible=false to disable the filtering.
Note that this option also affects the filtering in the Learning Plan.
