Customer reported that email is not recieved to candidate gmail account.
Applicable to All DataCenter.
Customer used noreply.com which is not a valid domain
- customer used noreply.com in mail messenger in superadmin is not a valid domain. The customer should use valid domain(for ONB) to ensure valid delivery.
- Email from noreply.com was not delivered because google wouldnot accept emails from the dummy domain. below is the mail relay delivery log as an example

Solution:please use valid domain in mail messenger in super admin. Below are list of Valid domains for Onboarding
EU DCs (DC2, 12) – email@example.com
DC15 – firstname.lastname@example.org
Everywhere else (DC4, 8, 10, 17, 18 , 19 and 40) – email@example.com
