2595673 - Email not received on gmail account-Onboarding


  • Customer reported that email is not recieved to candidate gmail account.


  • Applicable to All DataCenter.
  • Notifications.


  •  Customer used noreply.com  which is not a valid domain


  •    customer used noreply.com  in mail messenger in superadmin is not a valid domain. The customer should be advised to use   sender@successfactors.eu or valid domain to ensure valid delivery.
  • Email from noreply.com was not delivered because google wouldnot accept emails from the dummy domain. below is the mail relay delivery log as an example

Solution:please use valid domain in mail messenger in super admin.
