2595624 - ONB 2018 Update-Onboarding

Symptom

As Customers aware there is an major transformation with SAP SuccessFactors  in ONB 2018,there is an an existing customer facing Jam site that was put together by our Product Management and Product Marketing team to help communicate details about ONB 2018.

Product experts will be posting frequent updates ,documentations and timelines wrt ONB2018.

 n order to be part of ONB 2018 JAM group ,Customer required an Invite to access it.

Environment

Applicable to All DataCenters.

Onboarding 2018.

Resolution

Customer  can get a invite to below JAM Page via below 3 ways:

1.Please Inform  customers to contact their CEE/CSM associated with account from SAP side, so that they can send an invite.

 
2.Please inform customers to raise a ONB support ticket with subject “Request an invite for ONB2018 JAM Group” so that our support engineers send an invite.

 
3.If above 2 does not help,please let us (g.murugaiyan@sap.com) know customer email so that we will send an invite.

 
Once you have been invited, you will be able to invite your colleagues and customers.
