2594865 - Identifying users created in provisioning / Super Admin Permissions

Symptom

Customer does not understand how a particular user has been created. Steps to revoke super admin permissions.

Environment

Resolution

Navigate to Admin Centre with the user in question. If they can only access the 'Manage Role-Based Permission Access' page in Admin Centre then this means the user has been created in provisioning by a customer support engineer or S-user.

This user will be able to assign super admin permissions by adding themselves/or anyone else to the Manage Role-Based Permission Access page. To remove super admin permissions just add the user to the Manage Role-Based Permission Access page and remove them straight away and make sure the checkbox for 'Allow access to this page' is unticked. To save your changes please click the 'Done' button.
