External candidates are unable to create an account in the career site

Reproducing the Issue
1. Access to the external career site
2. Start to create an account
3. The verification code is not visible and an account in the external career site can not be created.
This is because Captcha is enabled.
As a workaround, there are 2 options to follow:
1. Disable the captcha in Provisioning OR
2.Go to Admin centre --> Manage Recruiting Settings --> Disable CAPTCHA on the External Career Site for Account Creation
For customer who does not have RMK integration, there is another option that can be used instead of captcha which is "Email Verification for Career Site".
In order to enable this feature:
Provisioning --> Enable E-mail Verification for Career Site
When a candidate creates an account, this setting requires a candidate to verify their e-mail address before the account is created.
Note: Our engineering team are working towards a fix for this issue.
