When opening a PM form on the iOS device, "Load Error. Please try again." error message appears.

Reproducing the Issue
1.) Log onto iOS mobile.
2.) Open a Performance Review form.
3.) Receive error "Load Error. Please try again.".
"Enable form routing to previous step" is enabled in form template settings for the affected forms.
Currently mobile does not support the send back action, because of API limitations.
On iOS this limitation causes a loading error.
1.) Disable the "Enable form routing to previous step" option.
1.1) Go to Admin Center > Performance Management.
1.2) Go to Form Template Settings.
1.3) Choose the affected form template.
1.4) Uncheck the "Enable form routing to previous step" option.
2.) The fix will be deployed in b1712.1 release for the mobile application, which is planned to be available at the 1st of February 2018.
