2594208 - Users passwords do not expire despite Maximum Password Age is configured.

Symptom

  • The passwords for all employees in the company do not seem to expire, even after Maximum Password Age is set.
  • Users are never prompted to reset their passwords after the Maximum Password Age in days has past.

Environment

BizX Platform

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Admin Center
  2. Password & Login Policy Settings

Cause

The feature "Hide the Personal Password Tab from users" in "Company System and Logo Settings" is preventing users from being prompted to change their password.

Resolution

  1. Admin Center
  2. Company System and Logo Settings
  3. Disable the feature "Hide the Personal Password Tab from users"
