You are working with SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Excel Add-in, and when you apply some filters and then refresh the report you note wrong results, like values showing up in the wrong columns and cells.

Reproducing the Issue
Open Microsoft Excel
Log into SAP HYBRIS CLOUD FOR CUSTOMER add-in
Make sure you are in Personal Workbook mode, under SAP HYBRIS CLOUD FOR CUSTOMER tab
- Click on Insert Report button
- Select the desired report and click on Insert Report again
- Once the report is displayed, apply some filters to the results using excel specific filters (e.g. under Data tab)
- Save the report
Refresh the report
Notice that report results get distorted, like values displayed in wrong cells and columns
This issue is observed while keeping some excel specific filter or sorting and refreshing the report.
Make sure to clear the excel specific filters, as the refresh action needs to clear the currently populated report content from the excel and new content will be populated in the report region.
So clearing the excel specific filters/sort will help for the proper refreshing of the data.
