Standard Keys used in the form mapping:

Name

Key

Employer’s Business or Organization Name (EmployerName )

BusinessName

Division (This will be considered if BusinessName is blank or not exist)

Employer’s Business or Organization Address/ Street number (EmployerAddress)

BusinessAddress

DivAddress (This will be considered if BusinessAddress is blank or not exist)

City or Town (EmployerCity)

BusinessAddressCity

DivCity (This will be considered if BusinessAddressCity is blank or not exist)

State (EmployerState)

BusinessAddressState

DivState (This will be considered if BusinessAddressState is blank or not exist)

Zip Code (EmployerZip)

BusinessAddressZip

DivZip(This will be considered if BusinessAddressZip  is blank or not exist)

By default, DivAddress ,DivCity, DivState, DivZip are calculated from Corporate Structure Level 1. After 1711 release, we have the opportunity to chose the level from where the information should be pulled from the corporate structure. We can configure this through an account option (ConfigurableI9AddressLevel) .

If ConfigurableI9AddressLevel is set to false then values are taken from Level 1 .

If ConfigurableI9AddressLevel is set to True then values are taken from the Level selected in Form I9 company level for that process.
