• Order number for Class not generated when user self assign program that has the Class
• Program has multiple ILT items, user self assign the program from catalog search however order number is not generated for the ILT items

SuccessFactors LMS

1. Create a New program and add one or more ILT items.
2. Create Class's for both the items
3. Ensure that both the Class belong to a Catalog user has access to (preferably same catalog)
4. Update price for both the Class and update the price in catalog
5. Change "Chargeback" option to "Buyer's authorized account code (for both Class's).
6. Add Catalog to Program
7. Now logon to LMS as a user
8. Browse catalog for Program
9. assign program to user's learning plan.
10. Order number not generated for Class's associated with Programs

 User has only self assigned program but not enrolled in Class's

• Program assignment will not generate order number because program does not have any pricing associated. Items and Class has Pricing and chargeback associated.
• For order number to generate, user has to register in the Class and confirms the "Account code" that appears on the registration screen.
