Duplicate Check is not working anymore in the Customer System for Accounts.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to Customer workcenter.
- Select Account view.
- Select New and create a New Account with exisiting Account Name : XXX.
- No results are found in Duplicate Check.
Duplicate Check for exisiting Account Name does not work as expected.
Exisiting Account XXX is Obsolete Account. The Duplicate Check does not regard Obsolete Accounts, it searches only Active and Blocked Accounts.
The system works as expected.
