You are using a report in your system, and when accessing the Value Help of any characteristic, you notice that the following warning message is displayed Value Help Restricted to 200 records. Although this happens in reports, you notice that it's a message which is displayed in some reports and not in others.

Reproducing the Issue
In this case, the behavior for the report Balance Audit Trail, for instance, can be reproduced as follows:
- Go to Business Analytics Work Center.
- Go to Design Reports view.
- Search for the Balance Audit Trail report and open it.
- In the Selection tab, search for a specific characteristic and open the Value Help
- After the Value Help open, notice that the messsage Value Help restricted to 200 records is raised.
However, you also notice that when you follow the same procedure for reports created before 1708 release, this message is not displayed.
This is currently the system expected behavior on reports created after the 1708 release of the Cloud for Customer system.
Before the 1708 release of the Cloud for Customer system and also for the Business by Design system, there was no restriction on how many values the Value Help of reports could display on the UI. However, the limit of 200 records was implemented after this release, since several users were experiencing performance issues in reports when opening the Value Help for a specific characteristic.
Still, reports which were created before the 1708 were not affected by this limitation, so that's the root cause for some reports which display the warning message and some that doesn't display it.
Last but not least, the 1708 release of the Cloud for Customer system and the Business by Design system was delivered to our customer in October, 2017.
