2590739 - Integration issue : "The requested operation is not available" when navigating from BizX to LMS

When navigating from BizX to LMS the following error is generated:

SuccessFactors Learning Management System

SAP SuccessFactors LMS

Incorrect url has been specified in the BIZX Configuration settings in LMS.

OR

Incorrect urls have been specified within Provisioning and in particular the Authorized SP Assertion Consumer Service Settings.

LMS:

1. Navigate to Learning Administration -> System Administration -> Configuration -> System Configuration -> BIZX
2. Ensure that the url specified for baseURL and metadataProviders.IDP1.values are correct depending on the Datacenter your instances (LMS and BizX) are hosted in and make sure that there are no special or empty characters in those values
3. Also ensure that the IDP1 property names haven't been changed. 
   Correct property name: 
   metadataProviders.IDP1.type=
   metadataProviders.IDP1.value=
   
   Incorrect property name:
   metadataProviders[IDP1].type=
   metadataProviders[IDP1].value=

BizX Provisioning:

Please ask your Implementation partner or support team (via a Support Ticket) to check and fix this. If all the configurations and values are correct and if the issue persists, please check all the Assertion URLs (in the Provisioning page) and make sure they do not have any special characters or additional : or / in the URLs without any empty characters.
