You are trying to sync C4C with a external application, like Microsoft Excel, and are unable to set the date format in C4C as DD/MM/YYYY. Only the format dd.mm.yyyy is available instead, and it causes inconsistencies.

Reproducing the Issue
Log into the system in HTML5 UI
Click on Personalize button in the screen header, and then on My Settings
- Only date format dd.mm.yyyy is available rather than DD/MM/YYYY
Only the date format dd.mm.yyyy is available, since this is the format designed for SAP integration applications.
Check if you are able to set the date format dd.mm.yyyy in your software or application, e.g. regional settings of windows, so that it matches with the date format defined on C4C end.
