The product description is missing on adding the product in the ticket.
Reproducing the Issue
- Logon in language ABC (where ABC is the language with which you logon in system).
- Go to the Service work center.
- Go to the Tickets view and search for ticket LMN( where LMN is the ticket name).
- Open ticket LMN and go to Service and Repair facet.
- Click on Add button and add product PQR (where PQR is the product name).
You will see the product description for PQR is missing .
When you login with language as ABC , you need to also maintain description for language as ABC in product master data.
- Go to the Products work center.
- Go to the Product Administrations view, search for the product name PQR and open it.
- Go to Other Languages facet of product PQR, maintain the description for language as ABC and Save it.
Now, when you logon in system with language as ABC and add product PQR as ticket's item then description will be correctly shown.
