Newly created users do not show up on search from the top Search bar in SAP Jam.
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to Jam.
- In the top search bar, enter the name of a newly created user.
- No result will be displayed.
The user profile is not 'Active' yet. Meaning, the user is yet to log in to Jam for the first time.
The user being searched needs to log in to Jam at least once for the profile to become 'Active'. After that, he/she will be searchable from the top search bar.
