When trying to create a new Vehicle, an exception is shown.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Products work center.
- Select the Vehicle Management view.
- Select the New button.
- Maintain the necessary information.
- Select the Save button.
An exception is shown and the Vehicle cannot be created.
The following questions are not in the Project Scope:
You can maintain Installed Bases and Installation Points.
You can register serialized products sold.
Go to the Business Configuration work center.
Select the Implementation Projects view.
Select the Edit Project Scope hyperlink.
Select the Next button until you reach Step 4: Questions.
Expand the list of options for Service.
Expand the list of options Entitlement Management.
Select Registered Products and Installed Base.
Scope the questions You can maintain Installed Bases and Installation Points and You can register serialized products sold.
Select the Next button.
Select the Finish button.
