On the Item Summary Data Audit Report, customer is seeing a terminated user in the Last Updated User field.

Reproducing the Issue
1.) On reports, run the Item Summary Data Audit Report
2.) Notice that some of the Last Updated User are already terminated / deactivated accounts (ie. user has been inactive last Feb 2017 but it shows that this user updated the item in Dec 2017).
The issue was because the entries made in ph_cpnt_user with last update user and last update timestamp copied from previous row. That's how the old user info was copied for a newly updated row.
Engineering have fixed the issue in b1611.
