How to have the program certificate of completion available?
SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
There are two possible ways to have program certificate of completion available. In the LMS admin side:
1. System Admin > Configuration > Global Variables > select from the "Default Certificate Template for Programs" dropdown the desired default program certificate.
Note that the default certificate will be available for all the programs completed by the users in the "History" feature, from the LMS user side.
2. Learning > Programs > Search for the desired program and access it > Edit Settings > Choose the Certificate Template > Save > Done.
When the user completes the program, the program certificate will be available in the "History" feature, from the LMS user side.
