When a user is enrolled to a Scheduled Offering using the Registration Connector, they do not receive registration notifications upon enrollment.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Enroll users into an existing scheduled offering by using the Registration Connector
2. Users are enrolled
3. But they do not receive any registration email notifications
This is expected behavior.
Attached in this KBA is the "Schedule Registrations Connector Workbook" which is a guide on how you can setup your (Scheduled Offering) Registrations Connector. This is an excerpt from the latest Connector Workbook (1708).
If you go to the KBA, Section 1.1 >> Registration Status ID of the document, you will see that it's stated there that "The connector does not send registration emails."

So it's expected that when users are registered via connector, they will not receive any notifications for enrollment.
