Add or remove a contact person for an existing incident.
SAP ONE Support Launchpad
Open the incident from SAP ONE Support Launchpad.
Click on the tag named "Contacts", then "Edit".
• Add contact person(s) by clicking the "+" mark.
Only the S-user ID can be added as contact person, he/she will get the notification emails of this particular incident.
The person's role such as "24h Contact", "System Opener" can be edited freely.
Besides the reporter, the system allows a maximum of 5 contact persons to be added.
• Remove an existing contact person by clicking the "X" mark.
The contact person can be added or removed at anytime except for "Confirmed/Confirmed automatically" status.
