Putting decimal point to numbers in French and Portuguese languages converts the numbers incorrectly.

Reproducing the Issue
a. When you entered 2.5 in English language, the decimal point was removed and it converts to a whole number.
b. When you entered 1,000 it is converted as 1
c. When you entered 1000 it will take it as 1000
d. When you put comma in between numbers (except 0), it will display as a decimal point
This is the correct / standard behavior.
Comma (,) is a decimal symbol in French and Portuguese languages. You will see below that the data is in French language. Converting it in English US will still display it correctly.
