In case of randam exceptions, support might request for console logs from chrome browser for further analysis.
Logon to system in Chrome.
Click on Settings -> More Tools.
And then Developer Tools.
- In Keyboard, click on Fn + F12.
- This will launch developer tool.
- Then Navigate to Console.
- Clear off old logs if any as below screenshot.
- Then replicate the scenario to either reproduce error / dump.
- Check in Console and provide this screenshot in the incident.
