1. When a candidate is forwarded from one requisition to another is the assessment information included with the candidates information?
2. What happens if the forwarded candidate is being asked to take an assessment he has previously completed for the requisition he has been forwarded from ?
When a candidate is forwarded from one requisition to another, the system does not carry forward the assessment results from the previous requisition to the new one along with other candidate data. This is because of the uniqueness of assessments related to the different requisitions. A forwarded candidate will follow the regular workflow for the new requisition and the assessment will be triggered when the candidate is in the configured assessment status.
When the forwarded candidate applies to the new requisition he has been forwarded to and he is moved to the Assessment status, the assessment will be triggered as usual. If this assessment is same as the one he completed in his previous requisition, then the candidate does not have to complete the assessment again. When he clicks on the assessment link, he sees a message informing that the assessment is complete.
Sometimes, customers want to set a validity period for the assessments for candidates. Then customer should work with the appropriate vendor to define the timeframe for valid assessments. In a scenario where the validity of the assessment has expired, the forwarded candidate will have to complete the assessment again even if he has completed the same assessment in his previous requisition.
