Interview scheduling - Calendar blocked for Interviewers
Reproducing the Issue
1. Login to Customer's Instance.
2. Navigate to Recruiting.
3. Click on Interview Scheduling.
4. Select the candidate ( for whom it is not started) -> Search for the interviewer in (Add interviewer by) -> Click on Find availability
6. Add custom slot -> Click on continue.
7. Enter Subject and body of the email.
Interview email should be sent.
Interview is scheduled but interviewer doesn't get the calender blocked in their outlook.
Candidate receives an email with confirm and decline option.
Once the candidate confirms the interview then only the calender will be blocked for the interviewer.
The option "You have selected only one slot. You can book candidates at once and they do not need to confirm the time." was not checked.
While scheduling the interview select the checkbox - "You have selected only one slot. You can book candidates at once and they do not need to confirm the time."
When user selects this option – Interviewer gets the calendar invite
Once the checkbox is checked -
In this case candidate, has received the email for the interview but he doesn’t have option to select or reject as by checking the checkbox organizer has confirmed the availability of the candidate.
