2581670 - Notification landing in Spam Folder in mailbox

Symptom

Notification sent from Onboarding end is displaying under SPAM folder instead of Inbox

Environment

All DC

Reproducing the Issue

Notification triggered from ONB end
Customer received the same at the Eamil id provided
Notification is displaying in SPAM folder for most of the email servers like Gmail, rediff

Cause

Configuration issue

Resolution

Notification from Onboarding end is configured under Super admin => Account options =>
MailMessenger  
MailMessengerName

Customer update this option as per their requirement and sometimes because of changes in MailMessenger value , Most of the mail server assumes Emails as SPAM and filter automatically.
Default value for these account option should be :

MailMessenger   :  no-reply@online-onboarding.com
MailMessengerName  : Successfactors Onboarding
