When you go to Add New Employee, you get an error with fingerprint 92b39a98c773e2f9950f8b3be20e81cb1056078b.

Reproducing the Issue
Navigate to Add New Employee from Admin Center and there will be an error with fingerprint 92b39a98c773e2f9950f8b3be20e81cb1056078b.
The issue is due to the onInit rules under Manage Business Configuration in Admin Center.
Check configuration of the onInit rule in the system or delete the onInit rule. This rule was not formulated correctly and caused a problem when the user goes to the Add New Employee screen.
If the Manage Business Configuration UI is not enabled in your system, the Succession Data Model (SDM) needs to be modified via Provisioning with help from SAP Cloud Product Support or your implementation partner. In the Employment Information HRIS element in SDM, the "onInit" trigger rule is associated with the incorrect business rule. It should be removed and then the data model should be saved and reloaded.
