Plan Setup > Plan Details > Eligibility page is stuck after Applying eligibility rule.
Reproducing the Issue
- Login as Admin > Compensation Home > Plan Setup > Plan Details > Eligbility > Apply.
- Job keeps running and after sometime you don't find any In Process Job in Monitor Jobs Page.
- Eligibility page still shows below message.
Apply Eligibility Job has failed but status is not marked Correctly.
- Please Create an incident with Support and Request to clear Eligiblity Rule Flag from the backend.
Support Engineers and Implementation Partner Can follow below steps to clear Eligiblity Rule Flag.
- Provisioning > Manage Compensation > Clear Eligiblity Rule Flag.
- Select Appropriate Template > Clear.
