When running report User Exam Data (CSV) without any filter or that returns too much data (like filtering for all Exams), it generates a blank report, only with labels and gives the Status Succeed.

Reproducing the Issue
As an Admin follow the below steps:
Go to Reports;
Search for User Exam Data;
Expand "User Exam Data";
Click in "User Exam Data (CSV)";
Click in "Run Report";
Select "Yes" for the Warning in "Do you wish to proceed?" (in case of reports with no filter provided).
The report is timing out before reaching size limit and a timeout status is not being presented. This is a defect currently under Engineering investigation.
As a workaround either increase the timeout limit for reports or select different criteria to filter and slim down the results on the reports. In order to change timeout limit, follow the steps below:
- Go to System Admin->Configuration->System Configuration;
- Edit REPORT_SYSTEM file;
- Change "onlineTimeoutPeriod" or "backgroundTimeoutPeriod" accordingly;
- Apply Changes.
If increasing timeout limit does not sort the behavior, please change the filter criteria to limit the size of the report. Engineering is working in improving User Exam Data report performance as well as providing correct Status when the report times out.
