What is the Character Limit for Program Agenda Description

The Character Limit for the Program Agenda / Description is 1333 in characters. To be specific, the limit is explained in terms of bytes -- the total size allocated for this is 4000 bytes.

The validation message would be displayed in UI when it exceeds the limit. Each character occupies different amount of space like for example, for English 1 character is 1 byte and for Chinese some characters consume 3 bytes.

We cannot change this limit in the LMS UI.
