1. Go to the SuccessFactors Upgrade Center
2. Notice the Best Practices Employee Central Core Content is not available:

• Activation of SAP Best Practices content via Upgrade Center should be only used if the application/functionality that should be added (like Employee Central, Time Off, Payroll Time Sheet, etc.) is not yet configured in the instance.
• SAP Best Practices content is designed for activation by Implementation Partners/Consultants and requires a corresponding implementation project to make sure all customer requirements are fulfilled and any side effects on existing configurations are taken into consideration.

IMPORTANT: It is strongly advised to use the activation of SAP Best Practices via Upgrade Center in Test/Development instances only and to use common tools like IST to setup PRODUCTION instances.

How to enable the "Best Practice" items in the Upgrade Center

Step 1:

1. Go to Provisioning
2. Enable: Enable SAP Best Practices Upgrades in Upgrade Center [Demoable, Not Ready for Production]
   
    

Step 2:

Grant permission to feature: Manage Upgrade Center

Step 3:

1. Go to Upgrade Center
2. Result: Best Practices Employee Central Core Content available
