Where can I modify the My Employees tab, including the Supervisor Links tile?

Currently the option to create custom tiles is only possible to the Landing Page and Custom tabs, it is not possible to customize the My Employees tab view.

There is already an enhancement request in the SuccessFactors Influence portal to address the customizing of the Supervisor Links tile. If you are interested in this feature being implemented in future releases, vote for it. It can be found under Request ID 45537.
