2571395 - Service Period is Displayed incorrectly in the Preview form of Shopping Cart

Symptom

Delivery Date or Service Period is displayed as +/- 1 Day in the Shopping Cart preview

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Home work center
  2. Select view Self Services Overview
  3. Select Sub-view My Requests
  4. Open the relevant shopping cart
  5. e.g.Delivery Date/Service Period From: 16.01.2018 00:00 CET
    Delivery Date/Service Period To: 19.01.2018 00:00 CET
  6. Now select Preview
    Delivery Date/Service Period
    Jan 16, 2018 - Jan18, 2018

Cause

This is because of the difference in time zone. e.g. If you maintain CET time zone in your personalized system, it will be converted to UTC time zone
i.e. UTC 19.01.2018 00:00 CET = 18.01.2018 23:00 UTC, hence date shows 18.01.2018

Resolution

You can set the time zone in Personalize mode under My Settings
