Work centre views under Administrator work centre cannot be restricted using access restrictions.

Reproducing the Issue
You have already created a business role with write restrictions for all the work centre views under the Administrator work centre and assigned it to user ABC (ABC represents the name of the user).
We will use Ticket Routing Rules under the Social and Service wok centre view as example.
- Go to the Administrator work centre.
- Select the Service and Social view.
- Click the Ticket Routing Rules hyperlink.
- Start making any random modifications.
Rules can be modified though the write restrictions are set up.
This is the expected system behaviour.
Restricting views under Administrator work centre is currently not supported. This is new feature requirement.
