Error occurs Sender is missing or not valid; enter a valid sender at the time of creation of Customer Return Notification
Reproducing the Issue
Go to Inbound Logistics Work Center
- In Common tasks, Select New Customer Return Notification
- On 1st screen Select Outbound delivery items
- Select on Next
- On 2nd screen Edit Customer Return Delivery Notification
- Enter Delivery Notification id ABC (ABC refers to delivery notification id)
- Select Enter
Error appears Sender is missing or not valid; enter a valid sender
Multiple validations are necessarily executed to ensure the correctness and completeness of data.Sender field is mandatory like you mentioned, and hence its value is being checked when modifications to data is made. As a result of this, the message comes up when it is not filled.
This is the system designed behaviour.
