You tried to make the Prospect checkbox mandatory on the Quick Create but could not find the option.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Customers work center.
Go to the Individual Customer view.
Click on the Adapt button and click on Edit Master Layout.
Click on the New button.
Hover the mouse over the Prospect checkbox.
Click on the tool icon, change properties.
There is no mandatory option.
There is no way of setting the box as mandatory on the current SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer version.
For automatically created individual customers, such as the one created from Social Media Channel, the Prospect checkbox will come unflagged and needs to be changed manually.
This is the system expected behavior.
