This article describes the Consolidate functionality in Recruiting Management as well as how to have it configured.

The Consolidate functionality was created in order to avoid a certain type of emails being sent an excessive number of times to the same recipient with a very similar content. It is currently available to most of the email tempaltes configured through Admin Center > E-mail Notification Templates.
The option that controls that is called Customize Settings for Form Templates.
After that, under the (Consolidated & Interval) column, you will be able to control whether you want to have this functionality enabled or not as well as the interval it should consider when sending e-emails.
Example: You decide to have this functionallity enabled for "Document completed notification" emails with the interval set as "5". After that, 10 different documents are approved by a system user. The usuall behavior is that 10 different emails will be sent to the system users associated to this document. With "Consolidate" turned ON, the system will combine these 10 different email bodies and send only 2 emails, each one consolidating 5 different notifications.
