You have created a Sales Order with Sales Kit items and when you create the document, some of the items are not showing under the respective Sales Kit Header.
Reproducing the Issue
Sales Kit - Header ABC
Sales Kit - Subitem 123
Sales Kit - Header XYZ
Sales Kit - Subitem 789
1. Go to the Sales Orders work center
2. Select the New Sales Order option from the Common Task
3. Enter the General tabs information
4. Navigate to the Items tab
You have added two Sales Kit items which are showing as below:
Line 10 Sales Kit - Header ABC
Line 20 Sales Kit - Header XYZ
Line 30 Sales Kit - Subitem 123
Line 40 Sales Kit - Subitem 789
If you click the Add Row button, the system will trigger the first line (Line 10), however, you want to perform a Fast Entry and you click on the button.
You have entered the product Sales Kit - Header XYZ under a Fast Entry field and later enters Sales Kit - Header ABC on the line 10.
Once you click on the Check Fast Entry button, the system automatically determines the order of the items.
This is the system expected behavior.
When creating a Sales Order with Sales Kits and using Fast Entry, always begin the data entry through the first line of the document.
