2565890 - Table View is Not Available in The Emails Facet of a Ticket

Symptom

In the Emails facet of a Ticket, there is no icon to display the Emails in Table view.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud For Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Service work center.
  2. Go to the Tickets view.
  3. Open any Ticket.
  4. Go to the Emails facet.
  5. There is no Table view icon.

Cause

This Table view is currently available in the Interactions tab of a Ticket but not the Emails tab. This is the expected system behaviour.

Resolution

This would be considered a new requirement.
